We Love our Wedding Parties

As a Salon owner for 21 Years. I am very sorry to have read that you had a very bad experience at our Salon. As for I am not making excuses, yes I was the one you spoke with to confirm your Bridal Party for the appointments. And yes, we had you scheduled for the girls to have their Hair done with our Salon. As a Salon owner with both types of employee's meaning Commission and Booth Rental employee's I have to say I am personally responsible for the commission employee's only in which you had your Hair Appointments scheduled with. Our Booth Rental employee's are responsible for their own scheduling and confirming appointments. You had your Appointment for the Nails scheduled with one of our Nail Technicians who quit our Salon the evening before Thanksgving. In which I had no way of knowing that you had standing appointments with this certain Technician. Nor can I be responsible for all the appointments she left standing and did'nt have the decency to call any of her appointments. I have a Salon of very well trained and respectfull Technicians, both Commission and Booth Rental. With many customers that are very Happy and pleased with their services. I am sorry from the bottom of my Heart that you had a Bad experience but I did want to let you know this was out of my control for she was responsible for her own scheduling. I feel you were very pleased with the Hair Services and Im sorry again for the Nail Technician that has left you standing.

BRIDES--- BEWARE

As a bride, I thought I had all my appointements covered. I scheduled my hair appt and nail appt here at the salon. I went a week before the wedding for my trial hair appt. I confirmed both my hair and nail appts for the day of. The night before the wedding, my mom called to schedule a nail appt and they informed her there was no nail tech on duty the day of the wedding. Funny, because I had an appt and confirmed it just a week prior. They blamed it on the nail tech quitting, but they had no respect to let me know. I was then stuck with running around like crazy the morning of the wedding trying to find a place that would do my nails. Yes, they were alright at doing hair for the wedding, but they didn't apologize once about the situation or offer something in return. I was in tears.

Best Cut and Color I've Ever Had!

I have been going to Kristen, the owner, since 1986 when she was working for another shop. She has assembled a great group of women in her shop and is a full service operation with haircuts, styling, color, manicures, pedicures, facials, etc. They are just off of Polaris Parkway and State Street in Westerville. Their prices are somewhat expensive; but the atmosphere and their service is great!

Finally a place that actually LISTENS to what you want!

If you want a hairdresser that will do EXACTLY what you ask then make an appt. with Dani at Salon at Polaris asap! When I trusted my hair to Kenneth's, where they claim to be "the best" along with Charles Penzone, I came out crying....literally. I found out about Dani through a good friend of mine and made an appt. with her right away. I can't tell you how happy I was when I walked out of there...happy about my hair and the price! 90% of my closest family and friends now go to Dani as well and they rant and rave to everyone about her!

Great Cut and Color

I went to this Salon after getting two bad cuts at Penzone for $150 a pop. Dani gave me the best service and listened to what I wanted. The cut and color I got was just what I wanted and the prices are reasonable. I really felt pampered.
