Very Poor Management/Service. I was calling to see if we could get a large table to support an upcoming band. The initial person answering the phone was very rude, and it only got worse when I talked to the manager. All I wanted was to come to their bar to support one of their bands and I was sooooo putting them out by asking ahead of time for a table for a larger party. Do not go anywhere near this bar. Surely they will be out of business soon, I have heard nothing but bad comments from my friends. I can tell you we will not be back.

bad service, weird crowd!. We went for live music, but ended up being scolded by the rude manager for moving a table, waiting all night for our rushed waitress to get drinks, cashing out after each round because she couldn't start tabs, and being leered at by some very unsavory patrons.

The crowd here is older and very mixed, with some nice people here to have fun, and some creepy barflys here to make women feel uncomforable.

The manager/owner/whatever was arrogant and rude, not taking the time to help his staff who are frantically busy, just walking around yelling at patrons.

We will most certainly not be back.

this place is a loser. the service was terrible and the owner is a arrogant moron that walks around all weekend just pissing customers off....the staff all admit to disliking him as well and blame the bad service on his "rules' for the employees..

I will sit on the curb and drink a 40 before going back to this place.

Swindled one too many times.. I originally liked this place for the live bands and it wasn't as packed in as most of the strip mall bars. After this past weekends experience, I will not go back. I have been ripped off on my tab multiple times at this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because mistakes happen, but 3 times is enough. Twice I had to call my bank and make them compare my receipt with the one they turned and get a refund. If it happened to me, I can't say how many others it has happened to. I typically go with around 10 or more friends each time and there is an issue with the bill each time. There are rarely drink specials and the service is something to be desired. My advice, check out the $1 drink specials everyday at the place across the street.

live bands. i recently visited on the rocks for the 1st time, i enjoyed it very much, nice somewhat older crowd.the band was good and nice size dance floor. i would go back.

Fun Place!. Been to On the Rocks a few times. Usually a decent crowd with good, live bands. Drinks aren't too badly priced. Can play pool. Service was average as there was only 1 bar and patrons "camped" around it usually.
