The first Filene's Basement opened in downtown Boston in 1908. Since then, offspring have spawned across the East Coast, carrying men's and women's clothing from active wear and suits, to coats and special-occasion dresses, to shoes and sneakers. Find brands including French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Kenneth Cole, Express and Calvin Klein, as well as couture from Versace, Armani and other high-end designers, all sold at a fraction of the original price.

Horrid. I have heard so many great things about this store, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed! All of their designer clothes look like they were made in 1995. The only decent clothing I found there was the reject stuff from American Eagle. The DSW they have there isn't that great either. I'd rather shop at forever21 than have to spend hours sorting through the out of season stuff my 55 year old mother wouldn't even wear.

This is THE store for a college student who still wants to dress like a celebrity!. This is my favorite store in Columbus! Designer clothes at a discounted price, how much better can you get? Granted, most of the stuff is last season, but who cares? I bought a Marc Jacobs bag there for $103 which is currently selling anywhere else for upwards of $300! Michael Kors pants for $30, current season's Ralph Lauren for $50, Coach boots for $130 (originally $300), D&G for $100! To top it all off, 1/2 of the store is a DSW!

Great deals on better clothing.

Horrible selection.. I went here looking for a homecoming dress, and they had NO pretty dresses. Only a whole lot of ugly dresses that were extremley high prices, some nearly 200 dollars and they all looked soooooo ugly. It's not even worth wasting your time to drive here and search bc u wont find anything.
