This is the best sushi in town - attested to by the fact that 70% of the patrons are Japanese. Yoshi, owner and chef supervises the whole operation while cavorting with the customers. Very personable - makes everybody feel at home and relaxed. The food is outstanding. I've enjoyed sushi in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Osaka and Tokyo. This is genuine article Americanized just enough to add a bit of jazz to the offering. Prices acceptable. Enjoy the extended saki menu as well.
Pros: Yoshi, sushi, saki menu.
Cons: As always with sushi - a bit pricy.

Yoshi is the chef - and he is a master host as well. His food is the best in town, fresh, creative and delicious. His running commentary (in multiple languages) makes the meal all the more fun. Don't miss your opportunity to enjoy the combination of delicacies and entertainment - sit at the sushi bar.
