What a relief. Matt Simonds ironed out some very complicated, byzantine problems we had getting our car repaired. I found him to be very pleasant and clearly interested in getting to the bottom of issues. I'd recommend him to a friend or family member.

Top Notch Service and Friendly.. Matt has been an excellent agent and I have been a client of his since he first opened. I can honestly say that his office is one of the few places where I actually get genuine customer service with a smile. Most other places I get services from could learn a lot from Matt. The world would be a better place with more quality service providers in it like the team in Matt's office. What a pleasure to deal with, and a genuinely nice guy. If you need something insurance related, give him a try for a can't miss great experience, I'm happy that I did.

Wonderful agent. I've been with Matt since he opened, and I've never once experienced anything remotely negative. He has always been timely, professional, and helpful. He has often gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have been extremely happy with both the price of my insurance and the follow through. I don't know what happened with ConsumerEd, but it sure has never been my experience. I give Matt a great review because he deserves it.

Matt Simonds State Farm Insurance on N High Street Columbus Ohio. Follow through is never there with this agent. when you call them they say they will look into something and call you back but they don't. As long as they get your monthly payment that is their only concern.

Local State Farm agent. The office is next to Cup O' Joe at the corner of Tulane and High. Has been at this locations since 2001. Provides quotes 24 hours a day.
