I have been bringing my three children plus my husband to Dr. Lisa Serrano since we moved here. Now I actually need to get an appt today because I am in so much pain but the receptionist said I can't get in until 6 days since I personally am new. Come on! Then she told me to go to Urgent Care instead of seeing the dr the rest of my family goes to!! This is ridiculous. Dr. Serrano is losing 5 patients because of this.
Pros: Great doctor

I found Dr. Serrano to be quite generous in sharing his knowledge in bettering ones health. He also has ongoing research and education to stay on top medical discoveries. A no-nonsense physician with an altruistic personality. Great combination for a speedy recovery. Thank you Dr. Serrano.
Pros: ambience, parking, educational material available while waiting
Cons: Need him to do more seminars in the area
