Total Disaster. Six problems with 1 order! 1) Manager wouldn't give me the deal price even though variety was listed on the menu. 2) Delivery took 1hr. 40 min. when quoted 1hr. 3) Order was cold 4) Wrong appetizer 5) No pizza sauce on the side 6) Wrong toppings. So, called and talked to manager. Was told I DID order onions even though i know i didn't. Apologized for the other problems, finally gave me a $15.00 credit. Waited a month, tryed again. Order was late again, no pizza sauce and NO appetizer. Delivery driver apologized, said he would return with items, never saw him again. Called Robert Saveski at their corporate office. Apologized, was told owner would call and work out something. Still waiting to hear from them. Common theme?Apologizing is their greatest talent, solving the problem doesn't seem to matter. If you want to play games and get a MYSTERY order, call them - otherwise, call a more professional pizza shop. Maybe the other locations are more concerned with customer satisfaction, but this one sure isn't.

Definitely not ordering here again. There was a hair in my salad and the pizza tasted terrible. I ordered the pizza, and when it was delivered, the cheese had all slid to one side and the box was covered in grease. If you want good pizza around here, I recommend Donatos.

Excellent. If you have ever been to New York City, this is as close as you are going to get. (Italy even for that matter.) If you like salt and grease with no real flavors, go elsewhere. Real hand tossed crusts. Excellent sauce, real cheese. (Some places have real cheese, but it doesn't taste like anything.)
