Thank you for the best hair ever!!!. Thank you Kennedy for the amazing cut and color!! I have had so many complements on my new red hair.

This is the best color service I have ever had. I have washed several times and my red is still just as vibrant and the cut is wonderful.

The Bumble and Bumble texture product you suggested is perfect for my hair and easy to use. Thank you for suggesting it I would have chose the wrong thing on my own.

Made My Day ! Thank you !. It's been years since I've let anyone do my hair. I went to great clips and they really messed up my hair weeks ago and my girlfriend told me about this place. I'm not crazy about spending money on my hair and I like to keep things simple. I came in and the girl that did my hair did a nice job. She actually listened to what I wanted and didn't do anything more than that. I wish I knew about this place a long time ago !!! I guess if you're wondering if this place is right for you, I can't talk about anyone else but all I know is I have to come back. Thanks J. Nicoles.. you really did make my day !

Wow. I don't know what the last person is talking about. I thought everything about the service was fantastic ! Took a little bit to get in but after that I can't imagine going anywhere else. The hair stylist was wonderful, very considerate and all about making sure that I was happy with the service and meeting my needs. I have been to my share of salons having moved around a bit but I thought that the service here was second to none !

Get the massage, forget the hairstylist!. The spa was great. Enjoyed the massage and steam room. The hair stylist however was a total waste. Received a massage and wash and style for mother's day as a gift. Thought while I was there, why not get my hair cut at the same time. How much more can it be? How about $42 for just the cut, since the wash and style were already included. Then she asked what I wanted, I said 11/2" cut and big fat fluffy curls. Well after the wash she said 1" which turned into less than 1/2" and big fat fluffy curls turned into tight kinky curls, with spray to "hold the curl." First thing I did was brush it all out as soon as I left. So I paid $42 for a cut that will have to be redone in a week and a style I immediately brushed out. I also observed the frequent attempts to get their customers to buy their products. Management would do nothing about the charge. too bad too because my daughter will not be renewing her package over this. My recommendation, get the massage, and forget the hair stylist. If wash and style are included, DO NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE.

Best in the area !. Great experience every time I go! Excellent service and staff, top notch and they offer specials and discounts to all customers not just first time customers and that is great considering most don't, they are loyal to there clients in that way. Danny is great, Stephanie is very profession and Lauren is excellent !

Nice staff, but disappointing spa. A group of friends went to J Nicole's to celebrate a birthday, and part of our spa experience included us getting pedicures. We got to the room that did accomodate the 3 of us, but only ONE chair worked! Two of us had chairs with no massage, which was very disappointing. This was not mentioned when we booked our appointment, and the staff told us that the chairs had been out of commission for some time. Still, we were charged the regular price! I do want to say, however, that the staff were wonderful, genuinely apologetic for the broken chairs, and did a beautiful job on all our toes. We left a nice tip, but I probably won't return b/c I expect all the service I'm paying for.

J.Nicole Day Spa. I absolutely love this place!! Wonderful, friendly stall who always offer water, tea and coffee if you're waiting...which is never long at all, maybe 5minutes tops! I just had an accupressure facial today by Nicole herself and it was amazing!! I actually woke myself up snoring...ugggh..how embarrassing! But apparently it was so extremely relaxing that I was able to fall asleep. Service was great and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone:D

J. Nicole's is Great!. J. Nicole's in Pickerington is a wonderful salon. They have great prices, and offer a full range of services. I went there and had my hair cut and tanned. The haircut was exactly what I wanted.

The staff is friendly and stylish. The atmosphere comfortable and inviting.

I will definitely be returning!

Best Salon in Columbus Area!. j nicoles salon was a wonderful experience. They welcome you with a cup of Starbucks coffee. I enjoy massages from Nina and great cuts and color services from Gabrielle. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Very pleased.
