Liars, cheaters, extortionists, criminals, falsifiers, and s. The Dublin Medical Clinic II, Dr. Carpenter, Dr. Chris Osborn are all under investigation for making fictitious medical records because they lost mine or one of their employees took it,age discrimination, Medicare Fraud, perjury, making false statements both written and verbally to governmental agencies, Sex discrimination, Racism, termination of employment because they are to greedy to pay an employee their accrued paid personal time that they have worked so hard to get, and many other criminal, ethical, and moral violations. Dr. Osborn signed these fiftitious medical records. The truth of these violations are strong and is ligit.
