I called Yoga on High twice to ask for some basic information. The first time, I left a message and, after three weeks, no one had returned my call. I called again and got the receptionist, who was rude and uninformative. To be clear, I should state that I have never taken classes at Yoga on High, so the instructors and classes might still be great. But given the horrible service I've gotten so far, when you would think they would be trying to get me in as a customer, I won't ever be taking classes at Yoga on High.

I am currently participating in the Beginner Hatha class and I love it. Our instructor is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and inviting. Each individual can move at his or her own pace and can get one on one attention at any time. YoHi offers an awesome variety of classes and workshops at various days and times. Most people could find a subject of interest and a time slot that fits their schedule. Additionally, they have a nice bookstore with DVD's, books, clothing, props, and much more.
Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly staff; class offerings; facility; you'll get hooked!
Cons: The location is a little sketchy and is compounded by a small, dark parking lot at night.
