Bad experience. I had a head gasket replaced. Unfortunately, I drove across the country a few months afterward and found to my chagrin that they had not properly tightened the crankshaft pulley. Breakdown in the middle of Nevada. It ended up costing me 600 dollars or so, and left me stranded in Winnemucca for a number of days.

Saved me a ton of money!. I have a 99 Camry that started having power steering issues this winter. I took it to Cars Inc. in Polaris as it was near my office and they told me the rack on the steering was bad and it would cost me about $700.00 to replace.
Looking for a second opinion, I went to Japanese Automotive Service, which was near my home. After looking at the vehicle, they called me and said the power steering rack, etc. were fine, all I had was a loose belt, which they tightened for me. I also had them service the vehicle for me that day. The cost was very resonable and they saved me from spending a TON of money that I didn't need to.
Power steering works great! No more issues. I intend to use them in the future for all my car needs. They are great!
