What you'd expect.. I agree with the previous reviewer - decent (if somewhat predictable) menu, with good offerings for anyone doing the Atkins malarkey. The salad bar, however, is really excellent, with a huge choice of veggies, pasta salads etc etc. I usually get their bbq burger, which is always delicious. Seating at RT's is always prompt, and the service very good. Ideal for families, big groups etc.

Good for a Chain Restaurant.
Ruby Tuesday's has a really good salad bar and decent food, especially for a chain restaurant. I am a fan of their Turkey Burger (a turkey patty, not ground turkey), and the other burgers I have had are pretty good as well.
The beer selection is pretty weak, but that is to be expected at a restaurant that panders to the mall and strip mall crowd, where this restaurant is usually located.
