These ladies are the best!!!

I have been going to this salon for years!!! Let me just tell you about some of my experiences. Whenever, I break a nail, I walk in and they fix it immediately for FREE! To prepare for my wedding, they opened their salon EARLY and brought in extra staff to give me and my bridesmaids mani/pedis. They saw me through both my pregnancies making sure my nails always looked nice. They have given me little Christmas gifts each year to show how much they appreciate my business. Last week I went in for a balance and they had a baby gift for me. They had bought me a jumbo box of Pampers Swaddlers for the new baby! I can't tell you how thoughtful these women are...and they have ALWAYS done a nice job on my nails! Which is why I have remained a loyal custumer for 5 years +!!For those who have been dissatisfied with their experience, I'm sorry. It has always been MY experience that they will fix anything you are not completely happy with and at no charge. If you feel that you were rushed, simply make a phone call to schedule an appointment...they are totally accomodating! Quite frankly, in this economy, I love to see them BUSY!! I would be very upset if this salon had to shut its doors!!!!!!!

Service was fine!

I had my first service after going to a few nail shops and having terrible service. I am not picky so I did not have much of an issue. I waited about 20 minutes while the girls were working on their clients. I was getting a balance and it was a lot better than the previous places. The girls did a great job. I will be returning. I have pictures of my nails and they were perfect!!! I have no complaints.

Worst Pedi I've ever had

When I arrived, the woman filled the washtub and immediately started working on my feet. She didn't bother to let my feet soak. And the cleanup of my feet was completely cursory. They hardly removed any dead skin from my heels and didn't put down a base coat of clear polish which is standard at ever other nail spa I've been to. DO NOT GO HERE. These guys don't give a damn about their service.
