I think someone must have been to this office on a bad day, or owed money. I've been a patient here for over 20 years, and have never had a problem with anyone. The doctors, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff seem to really care about me. They remember details about me and my family. They always have the latest equipment. I've always had an easy time with the front office staff. I think I'm a pretty tough person, and they are always nice and professional with me.

i have been going to dr. tilson for 8 years now and he is by the far the doctor with the best chairside manners. along with my hygienist, they always take the time to ask me how i've been and are genuine and sincere with any questions or conerns i may have. the only problem i have had is with their front desk staff. they could make themselves more approachable, especially since they are the first impression people have of them. i referred a neighbor and they said the front staff was also inconsiderate and they will not be going back because of that. i will be returning since dr. tilson is great with his work and a highly respected man in his field.
Pros: easy parking, quality work
Cons: office staff leave something to be desired
