service gets worse and worse with every visit. I have dined here 10 times....each experience gets worse and worse thanks to the service.

Food is excellent each time.

Service has gotten worse each time. This last visit, on a Thursday night was the worst I've experienced in 2 years. Three of us sat down at 730 on the patio, we had a spinach appetizer, 2 pasta dinners and a chicken on the bricks, coffee, and desert and we still got out of there in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Our server had 3 tables, with us being the 1st, and all 3 tables (with groups of 5, 8, and 4) were seated after us, and left before us.

Each time our server came by, she apologized for how long things took.....yet everyone around us got their food and drinks (1 person had 2 glasses of wine in our group, i had water) before us and left before us.

I will not return to Brio again for dinner and certainly not to the server who waited on us.

don't wast your time & money Robins in whitehall or olive garden is more authentic.. parking meter 25 cents for 12 min, a hour at a time -did not see any valet on sunday.we got drinks and SPICY SHRIMP PEPERONATA .good start-we never been there before and the waitress was not that helpfull.GORGONZOLA LAMB CHOPS(over cooked)ROASTED CHICKEN & BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO tast was good.#3--Herb chicken brest with mashed potatoes and carots that were undercooked.(not that good) BISTECCA INSALATA not that good.FIELD GREENS SALAD was better my coffiee was cold the bread was not good or hot it was like sponge.i would not go back

a better choice is Robins Italian Cafe 4720 E Main St, whitehall(columbus) it

was Butch's Italian Cafe and before that it was Armando still a great family run place: I have family that will only eat there when they are in ohio! portions can be big, and/or they give option of half portions. they also carry the best cheescakes. serving size is huge, better get a to go box or share. thay make there own pasta and the shrimp is to die for.

the other 2 people that were with me said olive garden was better than Brio Tuscan Grille hands down.

Consistently bad service and the food isn't worth it. The food at Brio is pretty good, but I much prefer their sister restaurant Bravo. To add insult to injury, the service is atrocious! I've been told that I'd have a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting over 2 hours! If you do go, make sure to get the espresso gelato. It's one of the only things that makes the trip worthwhile.

Great customer service. I've never been disappointed at Brio with the food or the service. All of the dishes are delicious, and served consistent and with a friendly attitude. The staff is very pleasant and willing to accommodate your every need.

greatly ran restaurant. From the moment you walk in you see the class. I have dined in this restaurant a number of thimes and I have never once had a less than superb expierience. No other Restaurant that I have visited has been so consistant. Every time I go I am impressed with the knowledge of the server and the personal visit from one of the management staff. The food is definetly something to brag about also. Every time I go I get something different and I am blown away by the excellence. The final thing I can rave about is the wine selection. For a large resaurant chain they have a great wine selection with some wines that are not availible anywhere else. I highly reccomend Brio for a great dining expierience that is a rareity these days.

horrible service. My husband took my parents and myself there for dinner on a Friday night. While we were seated promptly, our waitress was an idiot and kept messing up our orders all night. We were never given any compensation for this, such as a free dessert or salad, and she was rude all night. They barely gave me any wine in my wine glass, and the red wine was poured in a white wine glass. When I'm paying $7.95 for a glass of wine, I would like more than 2 ounces. It was incredibly loud, and I felt like I was shouting the entire night. The food was average; well overpriced for what you received. Needless to say, I will not be going back there any time soon. I can make much better Italian food at home, and I can drink wine better wine.

Not bad, but not great. I visited this restaurant on a business trip to Columbus based on the Citysearch rating. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. My expectations were based on my frequent travels to New York, and it did not live up to that. The restaurant is somewhat like a fancy Olive Garden. The food is pretty good, and the service can be spotty. It's not an authentic, family-owned italian restaurant, though.

It just looks like a bad table......... Two of us were travelling on business and stopped in at Brio without reservations. We were immediately seated at a table that for all practical purposes was in the kitchen. The scene was loud, somewhat chaotic, and not condusive to business conversation over dinner. A terrible location I thought until we were offered a free Ceasar salad and a potato dish appetizer that were incorrectly ordered for other tables. A great perk from our server to compensate for the table location. Our waiter was excellent and responsive for the entire meal. The portions were massive and their quality was excellent. I definitely recommend the Lobster and Shrimp dish. Will return in the future. Reservations definitely recommended.

Worth the Drive. We live and hour and 20 minutes from Brio, but often make the drive solely to dine here. The food (gorgonzola crusted strip steak mmmm), wait staff and atmosphere are all top notch. Once there was a small mistake with our dinner salads - we didn't even notice but we were immediately apologized to by our waitress, another server and the manager and offered free dessert. The tiramisu and pastas are to die for. We love Brio and whenever a special occasion arises or we just want an excellent meal, we don't hesitate to make the trip to Easton.

Simply the best must see & eat destination. Most authentic Italian atmosphere -- great food to enjoy and lots of socialness/activity to observe and to partake in (for the latter, sit at the oven-side counters at either side). For the most part, the help gets it too -- outgoing, fun and attractive contributes to the engaging have-it-your-way and feel-good experience. You can conveniently shop or drink when waiting for a table.
