This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites..
In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.
Miss it so much!. I used to live in Milwaukee and loved PF Chang! When I was visiting Columbus and found out they had one, I had to stop and have dinner! It was fantastic! Just as wonderful as I remember it. Our server was great and very understanding that I was pregnant and diabetic and therefore, a little demanding! :) It made my trip to columbus just that much better! Thank you!!
Disappointment. I ate at a different PF Chang's location (Utah), and loved it. I was sorely disappointed when this time around the food tasted bad and was undercooked (raw corn starch in the liquidy sauce). The restaurant itself was crowded and loud, and the service was cursory at best.
User review by jd2005. Don't be too dazzled by the fancy statues, elegant wood carvings ect. This place is the worst of the worst. Not because the food is lousy, but because it's a corporate owned restuarant. no matter what the hype may be, I refuse to eat at this place because it is driving the smaller businesses out of the water. Talk about imperialistic, the owner(s) of PF Chang's aren't even Chinese. I compare them to the old British Empire who exploited half the world through colonization. Is this what society is all about? Where the common man can't advance in society because of corporate take over. America may be founded on capitalism, but corporations make life more difficult for the average person trying to make a living.
